There are mainly 9 devices.

We will introduce the working principle and purpose of these devices.

 

1. Yarn Length Measuring Machine & Electronic Analytical Balance

 

Uses: Used to determine the linear density or the count of yarn.

Principle: The yarn length measuring machine can accurately obtain the yarn

with the setting number of turns.

Put the yarn on the electronic analysis balance to get the quality of the yarn

with the setting number of turns.

Then according to the number of turns, quality parameters and a fixed formula,

we can get the linear density or the count of the yarn.

 

2. Fabric Hyd
rostatic Pressure Tester

 

 

Uses: Used to test the fabric water permeability.

Principle: Use electronic pump power to exert force on the testing product,

squeeze the moisture to obtain the moisture content of the yarn

under specific parameters.

 

3. Blast Drying Oven

 

Uses: Used to test the color fastness of fabrics to sunlight.

Principle: The machine will release continuous hot air to the fabric in the box

according to the setting temperature,

simulating the high temperature exposure of sunlight,

so as to obtain the color fastness of the fabric to sunlight.

 

4. Fume Hood

 

Uses: Used to test the heat and corrosion resistance of fabrics.

Principle: The fume hood continues to ventilate

to provide a well-ventilated experimental chamber.

Then release various corrosive gases inside

to test the corrosion performance of the fabric.

 

5. Dyeing Machine

 

Uses: Used for dyeing fabric samples.

Principle: Provide a precise and constant water temperature,

add the dye to the bottle, continue to shake and dye.

After a period of time, the fabric sample can be colored.

 

6. Desktop Xenon Lamp Testing Machine

 

Uses: Used to test the resistance of fabrics in various harsh climates.

Principle: Radiate destructive light waves in the machine room-xenon lamp light source,

to simulate various harsh environments and accelerate the aging of fabrics.

 

7. Textile Rubbing Fastness Tester

 

Uses: Used to test the rubbing color fastness of fabrics.

Principle: Fix the testing fabric piece on the sandpaper with a clip,

and then repeatedly rub according to the fixed parameters

to judge the dyeing or surface coating of the fabric test piece.

 

8. Electronic Power Machine

 

Uses: Used to test the breaking strength and the toughness of fabrics.

Principle: The upper and lower mechanical buckles clamp the test product,

and then according to the parameters,

the upper and lower mechanical buckles are gradually separated,

and a tensile force is applied to the test product to measure the strength of the fabric.

 

9. Color Contrasting Light Box

 

Uses: Used to test the color difference of fabrics under different lights.

Principle: According to the needs, simulate different lighting conditions, including F/A, D65, TL84, and UV,

and then observe whether there is any color difference

between our samples and customers' samples.
